Her local tribal knowledge and "white glove" service provide a level of service that part time realtors just cannot match. I had a most difficult purchase, but I closed in 47 days with the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood without my wife even seeing the house...and btw my wife is thrilled! Her "Art of the deal" even allowed me to move in a week prior to closing so I didn't have to store my furniture, saved me $5K, and I know "other realtors" recommend against this practice but I needed it so she got it done. You know your in good hands when you send an email at 11pm and get a response back at 11:05 on a school night. She is so good that my entire company, after seeing my close is using her exclusively now as we are moving the whole company to Raleigh. Few realtors can handle that volume but she has closed 3 of us now and counting. Look I don't usually write reviews, and I don't generally think highly of realtors as a profession, but there is always a steak and a glass of red at my home for Anne.

She was our buying and selling agent. We decided to take a risk and sell our house after we bought a new house and moved out. We found the perfect house and moved in, and then put our other house on the market. Anne told us everything we would need to do to get it sold quickly and I am certainly glad we listened (she knows what she is doing). We ended up selling our house for over asking price, and I am sure it was because we did the necessary upgrades and repairs as Anne suggested. She was very good about keeping us in the loop and checking in with us. Everything went smoothly and I will definitely recommend her to everyone I know. She is a true professional!

Not only did she go above and beyond to help me sell my house, she is pretty much the reason my offer was accepted on the house I was buying. She is very easy to work with and her knowledge was great guidance for me. She was all over any new properties coming onto MLS and made sure I received updates as she got them.
